A profile built around your work
A place for the people behind the quantities.
Construction estimating is specialist work. Reading drawings, measuring quantities, understanding a trade’s scope and identifying what has been missed all take judgment. Contractors looking for that support need to understand what your company actually does before starting a conversation.
We’re building Estimators.io as a directory where estimating and takeoff companies can explain their services and link to their own websites. If your business helps contractors prepare bids, measure materials or price construction work, we invite you to apply for a company profile.
What does “first year free” mean?
The first 100 approved, distinct companies receive basic registration free for 12 months. Your free year begins when your listing goes live, so waiting for the directory to open does not use up that year. There is one founding place per company.
After the free year, basic registration is US$10 per year. Companies approved after the first 100 pay the same basic annual registration price. Any applicable tax is confirmed before payment. Applying requires no card, and there is no automatic charge or automatic renewal.
This is a limited allocation of founding profiles, rather than a claim that applications close on a particular date. Applying does not guarantee approval or reserve a free place; approved company order determines the first 100.
Who should apply?
Independent estimators, specialist takeoff businesses and established estimating teams are welcome to apply. Tell us whether you cover a particular trade or provide broader construction estimating support, and describe the locations or remote markets you serve.
Useful examples include concrete, steel, framing, drywall, mechanical, electrical and other trade estimating. Be specific about the work your team can support. Software-only promotions, duplicate businesses and unrelated listings are outside the purpose of this company directory.
Make your profile useful from the start.
The application asks for your company name, website, services, service regions and a short business description. You can also explain your experience, estimating software and typical turnaround. A clear description of your scope is more helpful than a broad promise to estimate everything.
For example, explain whether you provide quantities only, labour and material pricing, bid preparation or a combination. State which trades and project types fit your team, and which markets your pricing knowledge covers. Keep qualifications, experience and claims accurate.
Your contact name, email and optional phone number are collected privately for application review. The public company profile is intended to show your business information and website link; those private contact fields are not automatically published.
When will the directory open?
The directory opens once 50 companies have been approved. Applications are open now, but the public listings remain behind that launch threshold. There is no fixed opening date to promise yet.
Applications are reviewed before publication. A submitted application is not an approved listing, and a listing is not an endorsement, an award or a promise of leads. We want the information to help contractors decide who is worth contacting for their own project requirements.
Ready to introduce your company?
You already know the work that goes into a reliable takeoff. Give your business a clear introduction: what you estimate, where you work and what makes your team a good fit.
